Shelley Prevost
Psychologist, licensed therapist and board-certified coach, with twenty-two years as a clinician and sixteen as a coach.
Shelley Prevost founded Big Self School and created Emma, its Enneagram companion. In the practitioner trainings she teaches developmental coaching with Emma, the stages of consciousness, and using AI in your practice, alongside Chad Prevost and Marta Gillilan. She works with people, leaders and teams through the Enneagram’s 27 subtypes.
Before Big Self School, Shelley started a venture-backed technology company with a mission she believed in: helping families with childhood screen addiction. For three years she worked eighty-hour weeks, until her body gave out. The diagnosis was recurring Epstein-Barr virus; stress had worn down her immune system, and the company did not survive. That reckoning, and the people who helped her find her way through it, became the beginning of Big Self School.
She has also invested in more than fifty startups.
For years she watched clients have real breakthroughs in session, then struggle with the integration work between sessions. She built Emma to help: Emma carries the work between sessions and briefs Shelley before each one on what clients have been working on and where they may need extra support.
