Most leadership development teaches you new skills. This one teaches you yourself.
I work with leaders who've already proven they can perform — and who suspect the next level isn't about doing more. It's about seeing more clearly.
Big Self School is a coaching practice grounded in depth psychology, the Enneagram, and conscious leadership. We don't do quick fixes or motivational reframes. We do the slower, harder work — the kind that actually changes how you lead, decide, and relate.
The patterns that got you here are the same patterns now creating your stress. Burnout isn't a problem to solve. It's the curriculum to learn from.
Emma is our AI coaching companion — the first of its kind built on the 27-subtype Enneagram system.
She runs a diagnostic that pinpoints not just your type, but your specific subtype. She builds you a living Book of You — your patterns, your growth edges, what's underneath the behavior others see. She supports you between group sessions with daily check-ins, weekly experiments, and a 360 feedback system.
Emma doesn't replace human coaching. She makes it sharper. By the time we're in a room together, the surface work is done. We can go straight to depth.
Most Enneagram tests give you a number. Emma identifies your subtype — the specific instinctual flavor that explains why two people of the same type can look completely different. The diagnostic adapts as you answer, asking different questions based on what you reveal.
Not a report. A document that adapts as you work with Emma. Your patterns, your blind spots, what's underneath the behavior others see, and the specific growth edges only your subtype faces. You can download it, share it with people you trust, return to it monthly.
Each morning Emma asks one question: are you above or below the line today? Below means your passion or fixation is running the show. Above means you're choosing. Over 90 days, you'll see your patterns the moment they start — instead of three weeks later in therapy.
Send Emma's questions to peers, direct reports, or your partner. She maps the gap between how you see yourself and how others see you — visualized as a Conscious Leadership Circle. The truth lives in the gap.
You'll take Emma's diagnostic and complete a voice interview. By the end of Week 1, you'll have your subtype identified and your first Book of You. We'll meet as a group for our first session having already done the surface work.
Emma starts the morning rhythm. You'll log a check-in each day, get your first behavioral experiment, and notice the first patterns surface. Group session #2 is where we name what's coming up.
You'll invite 6-10 people to give you anonymous feedback through Emma. The gap between your self-assessment and theirs becomes the next two months of work. Group sessions #3 and #4 process what you learn.
Less observation, more practice. Your weekly experiments get more specific. By the final group session (#6), the goal is that you name your pattern before anyone else does. That's when the work has actually moved.
Most AI tools optimize for productivity. Emma optimizes for self-knowledge. She doesn't generate plans, write your emails, or tell you what to do. She asks better questions, holds your patterns over time, and gives you a mirror.
Your data is yours. I see only what you choose to share. The diagnostic, your Book of You, your daily check-ins — none of it is sold, trained on, or shown to anyone unless you bring it into our sessions.
Leaders are exhausted. The old playbooks aren't working. Most are managing complexity with tools built for a simpler world — and managing themselves with even worse ones.
The leaders who'll matter over the next decade are the ones who do the inner work now. Not someday. Now.
The pattern that got you here cannot take you where you want to go.
Five elements. No fluff. Designed to do what most leadership programs only promise — and to prove it inside a single season.
Most people will spend the next three months doing what they've always done. A few will use them to become someone different.
If you want to be one of them, I'd love to have you in.
